Little People, Big World: Jeremy and Audrey Roloff Face Tough Decision Over Second Chance to Buy Roloff Farm

LPBW made Roloff Farms famous as the Roloff children were raised on that farm during the 25 seasons of the show. However, some of its popularity did not come from all good things. Now Jeremy and Audrey Roloff has the opportunity to purchase it again, they admit to feeling conflicted by the chance because of the rift caused that last time. Will they buy the farm?

Roloff Farms Is Back On The Market

Roloff farms, located in Hillsboro, Oregon, is back on the market according to Audrey Roloff. Audrey revealed on Sunday, March 1 that Matt Roloff had informed the Roloff children that he was going to list the farm for sell again. Of course, Roloff did this six years ago when she and Jeremy last attempted to purchase it.

The property has been on and off the market since 2020 and has caused a huge rift between the family. “We have been busy building our own dream on the property we bought a couple years after the farm fell through,” Audrey explained. “If we wanted to sell our house and buy the farm now, we could,” Audrey continued. “It feels like God is giving us the opportunity to choose it again if we want. And we do feel conflicted.”

Zack Roloff And Tory Roloff Tried The Same

Zack Roloff and his wife Tory Roloff also wanted to buy the family property to raise their children on. Zach wanted his children to have the same experience growing up as he had with his siblings.

Zach tried to reason with his father and even used his kids to try to get the point across. However, he was unable to buy it as well.

Zach chose to move to Battle Ground Washington in October, 2021. Zach allowed his son to announce this to the family when he went to the farm for a visit. Zach was furous that he was unable to buy the farm because of the price his father put on it.

Zach believed his father was using the farm to keep the family at odd and decided to move on building his own items for the kids to play in.

Matt Roloff’s B &B Idea Fails

Matt offered up the farmhouse for a short term rental in October 2022. However, eight months later it was listed again for “$3,395,000– a significant decrease from the initial $4 million asking price. “ Matt revealed in April of last year that the family farm was once again up for grabs– this time, for the new (and further reduced) price of $2,895,000.

“Despite Audrey claiming this week that she and Jeremy may have another opportunity to buy Roloff Farms, she did not reveal whether they are actually planning to go through with the purchase, nor did she reveal if Jeremy’s siblings Zach, Jacob and Molly were offered the opportunity.”
