Kendra Duggar’s Parents Listed Among Witnesses In Son-in-law’s Upcoming Court Case

Joseph Duggar may soon be going to jail like his older brother did in 2021, for a nearly identical crime.

But before he has the chance to do this, he will first be humiliated by the parents of his wife Kendra, Christina and Paul Caldwell.

Prior to the announcement that they will be serving as witnesses in the case, the Caldwells had already fallen out with Joseph and their daughter Kendra Duggar.

In fact, the fallout was so big, it was reported that Kendra had completely cut off her parents. Shortly after, Paul Caldwell launched a GoFundMe to raise money for relocation after being evicted from the Duggar property they were living in. Despite this, the Caldwells promised to stand with the victim, even if it meant standing against their daughter, who continues to firmly stand with her husband.

Now that the witnesses testifying against Joseph has been released, Paul and Christina’s name rank among the numbers. Other witnesses include the now 14-year-old accuser, and two members of law enforcement involved in the case.

The enforcement officers are Det. Thomas Lowe of the Tontitown Police Department and Deputy Sheriff Darrell “Chase” Norris, an investigator with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. These two are also required to be present at the Office of the State Attorney in Panama City, Fla., on Sept. 14 so that Joseph’s lawyer, Albert J. Sauline III, can take depositions “for use at trial, and/or for such other purposes as are allowed by law,” per the filing.

“There are only five witnesses listed in the case, one of which is of course the juvenile alleged victim, so realistically we’re looking at only four witnesses to be deposed minus any court order allowing a deposition of the alleged victim,” Joseph’s lawyer, Albert J. Sauline III, revealed in court earlier this month, according to The US Sun.

Following his arrest and release earlier this year, Joseph is prohibited to be in the presence of a minor without supervision.
