Meghan Markle recently appeared on a YouTube channel, in what appears to be a pre-recorded engagement during her time Down Under.
The Duchess recently traveled to Australia and engaged in a series of “private, business and philanthropic” engagements. It seems that this YouTube appearance is one of those business engagements, and in it, she touched on her marriage with Britain’s Prince Harry.
Meghan Markle Cooks With Down Syndrome Friends, Talks “Vow Renewal” With “Love of My Life”
In a new guest appearance on an Australian YouTube program, Meghan lightly joked that a new gift she was presented with was more her husband’s style than hers.
The YouTube channel was founded by two close friends Sean and Marley, both of whom have Down Syndrome, and it has garnered quite a large following, thanks to their wit and relatability. In the channel, Get Down With Sean and Marley, the pals try a number of things, like cooking.
Of course, as a cooking show extraordinaire and a lifestyle brand owner, Meghan could absolutely have no other activities with the boys, except to present her cooking skills.
The YouTubers probably caught Meghan’s eye when they tactfully recreated “Meghan’s spaghetti” – a recipe from the Duchess’s cooking show ‘With Love, Meghan’ – last year.
This year, they actually had the Duchess come into their studio for a little tété-á-tété. Following her appareance, the boys presented her with a special gift: a pair of colorful undies. On the speedo is the word “Aussie Bum” in bold print.
After appreciating the gift, Meghan revealed that it is probably more suited for her husband than for her. “That’s going to be for my husband. I just have a feeling. For the love of my life,” she said.
She sarcastically added: “We might renew our vows with him wearing these.”
Before concluding her appearance on the show, Meghan said, “People love you both so much. Your show is amazing because you’re both amazing. I’m proud of both of you, and I’m so happy, and I’m so grateful for all the gifts. You guys keep doing what you’re doing. Your show is awesome, and so are you.”
