The soap veteran, who also happens to be a Weight loss & Mindset Coach, hopped on social media recently to provide some words of wisdom to fans and followers.
Steve Burton’s Strong Message
Burton uploaded a video on Instagram recently, with a powerful message. He starts off in the video saying, “I have to share this, it was amazing …”
He goes on to say, “Accept people as they are, but place them where they belong. You are the CEO of your life. Hire, fire, and promote accordingly.”
Burton adds with a smile, “That is amazing. Have a great day!”

The Comment Section Was Fire
Of course, Burton’s wife, Michelle Lundstrom Burton, chef and social media foodie, “liked” the post and responded to her husband’s IG video in the comment section with a heart emoji. Fans flooded the comment section as well, with positive comments and support.
Fellow General Hospital castmates Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos – Jason’s business partner and best friend), as well as Asher Antonyzyn (Danny Morgan – one of Jason’s sons), also liked the post.
The message is very Burton, but also very Jason Morgan-like. Jason has a lot of respect for those who show him respect and love; however, very little tolerance for those who do not. Jason will go to the ends of the earth for family and those who feel like family, but won’t bat an eyelash at cutting the wrong people out of his life.
