‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Jason Info, Child Approached, Willow Confronted

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of April 27, 2026. Expect some new information to surface about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) approaches James West (Gary James Fuller). Plus, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is caught off guard. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Woman Confronted

Let’s kick off this post with Willow. Fans recall that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) went to check on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Willow wasn’t there, but Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Much to Nina’s dismay, Liz realized that Drew was trying to communicate. 

Once Willow finds out, she will freak out. However, it seems that she gets caught off guard. Liz has some grilling questions for Willow. I wonder if Liz realizes that Drew was using SOS with his eyes to call for help.

Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is getting more vengeful by the week. Danny has already lost his mom, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Then, he lost his dad, Jason. 

Just when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) start worrying about Jason, could there be an unexpected twist?

Valentin Cassadine’s Theory

As for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), he shares a theory that rattles Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

The man explains that he thinks Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke) is responsible for Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) mental health crisis.

The Terminator

Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) has a tempting offer for Sonny. The man wants to get rid of Sidwell, but at the right price. Sonny really seems to consider this offer. 

Meanwhile, Sidwell has the nerve to approach James. Cassius Faison aka fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) looks at the villain with fire in his eyes.

Jordan Ashford’s Confidante

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) gets a visit from Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor). I enjoy this friendship. Maybe Justine can help Jordan through her struggles.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) fires off a warning. Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) shares exciting news with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
