GH Spoilers: Willow’s Unexpected Romance Sparks Betrayal – Who Gets Their Heart Broken?

Willow’s Chaotic Love Life

Now, let’s dive into her chaotic love life. Recently, Willow experienced a shocking moment when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) appeared at their home, walking and talking after Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had rolled his wheelchair into the lake in an attempt to drown him.

Drew was drenched and absolutely furious with Willow-the torment inflicted on him by his wicked wife over the past few months had him on the verge of violence.

After all, Willow had previously shot Drew in the back at close range, which should make her completely undatable.

To make matters worse, she also injected him with a paralytic, leaving him trapped in his own body for months; any man would be wise to steer clear of her.

Drew Had To Endure Willow’s Rambling Incessantly And Being Threatened

Drew had to endure listening to Willow ramble on endlessly; on top of that, he was subjected to threats from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who repeatedly vowed to kill him. And, of course, Nina attempted to kill him again out of sheer desperation to protect Willow.

None of this paints Willow as a suitable dating candidate; at this point, Drew is intent on ruining Willow’s life; he likely doesn’t want her to move on with another man, find love, or experience happiness.

He’s also seething over Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) playing the blackmail card, which thwarted any opportunity Drew had to report Willow and others to the authorities. Thus, Drew finds himself unable to destroy Willow’s life, at least not in the manner he desires.

Michael Has A Girlfriend, And She’s Trying To Undermine Willow

We also know that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has a girlfriend, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), who is scheming this week to undermine Willow.

It appears that some pills may play a role in her plan; initially, Michael is unaware of Jacinda’s intentions, but regardless of the situation, Willow is a fighter and will overcome this challenge as well.

Once she finalizes her divorce from Drew and navigates through these threats, we can expect to see Willow embark on a new romantic journey.

The big question remains: who in Port Charles would be willing to get involved with her? Perhaps someone with a controversial past, like an accused husband shooter.

One Potential Candidate Is Michael

One potential candidate for Willow’s next love interest is none other than her former husband, Michael. Naturally, he is upset about the downfall of their marriage, especially since Willow chose to cheat with Drew.

However, we should never rule out the possibility of reconciliation, as Michael and Willow share two children and have had some memorable moments together.

Their kids would undoubtedly love to see their parents reunite. Plus, it seems clear that Michael’s relationship with Jacinda won’t last long.

Michael May Consider A Reunion

Michael might think about a reunion if Willow set aside her pride and pleaded with him to reconsider for the sake of their child.

If Michael is still single, he may also be tempted by the idea, knowing it would likely infuriate his uncle Drew to see him back with Willow.

However, General Hospital fans would be displeased to see Michael rekindle his relationship with Willow- it would be surprising if he took her back unless he had some hidden agenda.

Perhaps he would pursue Willow as part of a plan to eliminate her from his life for good. While Michael might employ the strategy of keeping his enemies close, I doubt he would actually reunite with her, as it would negatively impact the children if things didn’t work out.

Willow Might Fare Better With A Newbie

With that perspective, Willow might fare better with someone new to Port Charles who is unaware of her complicated and tumultuous past.

There’s a charming new character, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer), who works as a cardiac surgeon at General Hospital-he’s fresh on the scene and has no clue about Willow’s toxic nature.

Plus, she does have a lovely appearance-so far, he appears to be a genuinely good guy, although he does have some ties to the WSB, at least to a degree.

He denied to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) that he was assigned to General Hospital by the WSB to keep tabs on her.

However, we also witnessed Jack confront him recently, suggesting that the doctor might be more involved than he’s letting on.

Willow Still Wants Chase Back

Another possibility is one of Willow’s former husbands, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), though many fans would strongly oppose this, perhaps even more than they would dislike the idea of Willow reuniting with Michael.

A lot of viewers are frustrated by how this ex-husband continually jeopardizes his marriage and career to defend Willow, especially when she’s clearly in the wrong. At this stage, he finally appears to have a clear mindset.

He’s prioritizing Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Phoebe Wilson (Lucia and Luna Creighton). In fact, he and Brook Lynn just finalized the adoption papers for Phoebe this week.

Jacinda Might Drug Chase And Willow, And Willow Might Sleep With Brennan

With the pills in play this week, perhaps Jacinda decides to drug Chase and Willow, leading them to end up in bed together. She might take Michael’s plan and escalate it in a way that could jeopardize his marriage with Brook Lynn, paving the way for a potential reunion.

Another troubling scenario to consider involves Brennan, because it could unfold if Willow becomes extremely upset with her mother. Willow might choose to retaliate against her mom for having an affair with Drew behind her back and keeping it a secret for months.
