GH Spoilers: Willow’s Plan To Take Everything From Drew Is Just Getting Started – With Scout!

General Hospital spoilers report Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has been carefully plotting to destroy the man she married, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

She was biding her time getting through the trial to make sure she was found not guilty. Then, within minutes of popping a bottle of bubbly with her husband, she stabbed him in the neck with a vial of some unknown drug and watched him fall to the ground clutching his neck and struggling to understand what betrayal just occurred.

We can be certain that questions of Willow’s guilt in shooting him were flooding his mind before he lost consciousness. Now, we wait to find out whether Drew is just dumb, or totally dead.

Remember that rumor that leaked a few weeks back claiming a leading man was going to die? Ahem. Anyway, it is clear that Willow wanted Drew to pay for sleeping with her mother and humiliating her.

But is death really the easiest way, or was she just hoping to do some damage, like inflicting pain, manipulating him, and ultimately taking the one thing he controls and values the most — his only remaining family, Emily ‘Scout’ Cain (Cosette Abinante)?

Sleep Tight, Congressman

The look on Drew’s face after Willow jabbed him in the neck with a syringe was pure shock. He was struggling to process what happened and why she did this as he slowly drifted out.

Whether he comes back from this or not remains to be seen. It doesn’t sound good for the Congressman though. Previews note Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) has to deliver some bad news on Wednesday. Could it be that they couldn’t save Drew?

GH Spoilers Question Where Willow’s Legal Guardianship of Scout Stands

Remember back in September of 2025 when Drew was shot? Willow was given temporary custody of Scout, despite Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleston), Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and many others taking issue with it.

Still, she was pretty fair with them, but it’s not a given that this time around will be the same. Willow’s entire plan could have revolved around securing control and custody of Scout in the wake of Drew’s death or incapacitation.

If that’s the case, Alexis will have a hard time challenging her given all that she knows. She can’t take Willow down without going down with her now.

Alexis Knows the Truth

To reveal that Willow did actually try to kill Drew the first time around, she would have to expose herself to potential criminal and career penalties.

This could cost her her law license all over again. She concealed evidence, defended a guilty woman — knowingly, and let a would-be murderer go free. And it’s not just to the public, but she sent Willow home to live with her own grandchild.

That’s going to put a dent in any argument that Alexis should be the one caring for her even if she could get a court to agree Willow shouldn’t be because she is guilty. Ouch!
