GH Spoilers: Will Carly And Valentin’s Scheme Lead To Their Double Arrest?

General Hospital spoilers and updates suggest that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) might be facing more challenges than they anticipated.

While Valentin aims to exonerate himself and remain in Port Charles legally, the situation could deteriorate before it improves.

Charlotte Is A Very Stubborn Young Lady

Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) is a determined and strong-willed teenager who frequently thinks she has all the answers, and won’t listen to reason.

This characteristic is what drives Charlotte to potentially ignore Valentin’s advice and instead give Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) misleading information to pass on to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Charlotte is under the impression that by feeding Nina these falsehoods, she can throw Brennan off track and ease the burden on Valentin.

Nevertheless, Valentin is fully aware that this course of action could result in heightened scrutiny directed at Charlotte, which would not be advantageous for either of them.

Sending Brennan on a wild goose chase by lying to Nina would undoubtedly only make things worse, not only for Valentin and Charlotte, but possibly Carly as well.

If Charlotte Does What She Suggested, Brennan Will Realize Her Deception

If Charlotte follows through on providing Nina with a fake location for Valentin, Brennan is bound to investigate and uncover that it was a false lead.

This could lead Brennan to become even more convinced that Charlotte is concealing Valentin and might even prompt him to follow her himself.

Since Charlotte frequently visits Carly’s attic, it wouldn’t be difficult for Brennan to uncover the truth if he discreetly tracked her movements.

Nonetheless, this storyline would genuinely disappoint if Valentin and Carly managed to escape their fugitive predicament without any consequences.

Carly could easily be facing criminal charges for harboring Valentin and for the treasonous acts she’s involved in as well.

Carly And Valentin Could Both Be Arrested

That doesn’t imply those charges will hold up, but wouldn’t it be dramatic to witness a simultaneous arrest of Carly and Valentin?

The writers of GH would be missing out on some juicy drama if Valentin and Carly don’t encounter at least a minor legal entanglement.

Charlotte might just be the catalyst that reveals Carly and Valentin’s secret partnership, especially since she has been increasingly careless lately.

Regardless of the outcome, Brennan will be livid with both Valentin and Carly once their alliance is revealed, particularly given the heated developments between them in the bedroom!

Even if Carly and Valentin manage to escape their legal troubles in the end, a dual arrest scenario would certainly be entertaining to watch.
