‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Sidwell’s Wrath, Molly’s Surgery, Cryptic Message 

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of March 30, 2026! Fans can expect Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) to fly into a rage.

It will be Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) surgery day. Also, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) receives a mysterious text message. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Foster Complication

Let’s start off with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). The couple had a foster screening so they could take in Delilah Wilson’s (Lily Cardone) baby.

However, the social worker was rattled to see how attached the couple already is to a baby they don’t even have yet. Then, they admitted to having a name for the baby, as if she’s already theirs.

In the upcoming week, BLQ and Chase turn to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for some help with the situation. However, Michael tells them that they both know someone far more influential than he is.

Molly Lansing-Davis’ Surgery 

Over at the hospital, it will be time for Molly’s surgery. The young woman has endometriosis. Lately, she’s having severe cramps and even passed out at one point.

The doctors discovered she has extensive scarring and needs surgery. So, of course, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will want to do everything he can to support Molly. 

Mysterious Message

General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 30 reveal that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) ends up scoring valuable intel.

However, the man also gets a mysterious message. I wonder if he could finally get some answers about his missing past.

That same day, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) finds herself rattled. Elsewhere, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) catches Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) off guard.  

Bold Moves & Extreme Schemes

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has an extreme suggestion for Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis). With Sidwell trying to pin Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) on Sonny, they better act fast!

Sidwell will continue throwing around demands. This could be connected to Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) discovery.

Since the police can’t haul Sonny in without evidence, maybe Sidwell issues Congresswoman Cain to force them to make the arrest?

Puzzle Pieces

As for Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), they figure out the truth. However, this could put them both in grave danger.

Once Lucas finds out that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawke) killed Marcos, there could be some extreme moves. Meanwhile, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) gets fed up with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
