‘GH’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Jason’s Mission, Tracy’s Discovery, Valentin Stunned

General Hospital spoilers are in for the week of January 26, 2026. Fans can expect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to be a man on a mission.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) makes a discovery. Plus, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is shocked. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Jason Morgan’s Mission

Let’s start off with Jason. The man was getting closer to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) until things went suddenly south. Jason doesn’t get what just happened, so he goes to the hospital to get answers. 

However, when Jason tries to talk to Britt, she totally freaks out. The doctor says if he cares about her at all, then he will just leave her alone. However, Jason ends up connecting the dots later in the week.

Rocco Falconeri Hurt

Britt might also be the reason that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) gets his feelings hurt. Britt got a reminder that Rocco can be accessed anywhere.

While Britt will think that Rocco is safer away from her, it will just make the teenager confused. After Jason gets updated about Britt and Rocco, he will know that something is very wrong.

Valentin Cassadine Stunned

General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 26 reveal that Valentin gets a shocker. Is it possible that Valentin might find out about Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) hostage? Of course, this could be about Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) as well.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Ava Jerome (Maura West) gets manipulated by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) prepares to make an introduction. In Monday’s preview clip, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a conversation with Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Of course, Jordan’s introduction could be about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), too. 

Elsewhere, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) arranges to meet with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

While Jack isn’t thrilled about Josslyn contacting him, the blonde has important news that he needs to know. Tracy will end up having some sort of setback. However, she makes a discovery afterward!

Also, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) needs help from Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Is this about Charlotte?

Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) are waylaid. Elsewhere, Nathan mistakenly lets his guard down. 

As for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), the pregnant doctor is rebuffed. Also, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has news to share with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
