General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, May 6 tease Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) clash, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) needs a favor.

Isaiah And Cassius Clash
At General Hospital, Isaiah and “Nathan” clash, but it seems like Isaiah knows “Nathan” isn’t really “Nathan” by the way that he acts towards him.
Isaiah treats Cassius with disdain as he responds, “Why should I ignore hospital protocol for you?” “Nathan” wasn’t at Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) house the times he came over to treat Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) hand wound, Lulu and Rocco were there by themselves.
Is “Nathan” seeking treatment for his injuries sustained during the horrific physical fight he had with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), wanting him to keep it a secret?
Or is he asking Isaiah about another situation entirely?
Dante Seeks Out Elizabeth
In the meantime, Dante is also in the hospital and seeks out Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), telling her he needs a favor.
Might this have something to do with a patient, possibly Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) or is it of a more personal nature?
In this case, it may well be a mixture of both situations! Dante’s son, Rocco, does community service at General Hospital and should be almost completed with it.
She’s seen him as he’s gone about his assigned tasks, and has her suspicions about how he’s acted around a particular patient.
By the end of the week, Dante will be flabbergasted at what she’ll have to tell him!
Chase, Ethan And Brook Lynn Discuss Delilah Wilson
In the Quartermaine living room, Harrison Chase, (Josh Swickard) Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) discuss the late Delilah Wilson (Lily Cardone).
It was revealed that Delilah was Ethan’s partner in something that he had come to Port Charles for-his real reason-and he just learned that she died.
He also learned Brook Lynn and Chase are fostering her baby, Phoebe Wilson (uncredited infant actor).
Chase’s inner detective comes to the surface, as he tells Ethan that he can’t shake the feeling that Delilah had something to hide.
Chase and Brook Lynn both got the impression that she was running from something-or someone-and perhaps that person caught up with her, leaving her nine months pregnant and injured on the boardwalk!

Ric And Laura Have A Heart-To-Heart Conversation
Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) is with a concerned Laura Collins (Genie Francis) having a heart-to-heart conversation as she tries to protect a loved one.
He is clearly torn, as he confides, “If I end things now, Elizabeth will never give me another chance!
Ric has something as yet unrevealed going on with Ava Jerome, (Maura West) although it could just be business related.
It was Ethan’s surveillance of Ric, seeing him meeting with Ava and reporting back to Sonny that gave Sonny reservations about trusting his brother.
Sonny Confides In ADA Turner
In the meantime, Sonny is still with ADA Turner, and confides in her his reservations about trusting Ric-he’d caught him in a lie, thanks to Ethan.
Sonny tells Turner this was his last shot and he blew it! Sonny has a heck of a dilemma-where does he go from here?
He has recently trusted his brother with some very sensitive information, and allowed him to be his attorney in the “business” things.
Now he’s wondering if Ric will use some of that sensitive information to stab him in the back!
