‘GH’ Spoilers Wednesday, August 26: Kai’s Shocking Claim, Jordan Grills Drew & Josslyn Warns Carly

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, August 26 tease Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) delivers a news flash, while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has questions.

Michael Seeks Sonny’s Advice

At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has come seeking advice.

Sonny is obviously talking about mistakes he’s made in the past, probably regarding his children, and he appears to be telling Michael about a particular event. Sonny, with all sincerity, tells Michael he’ll regret that until the day he dies.

Michael may be asking advice about the situation with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) and the children, and quite likely how to keep them safe from their mother.

In the past, he thought he could at least trust her with them, but more recent events may be causing him to have his doubts!

Kai’s News Flash

At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, Kai delivers a news flash-he tells her he’s pretty sure that Willow tried to kill Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) again!

Alexis looks on with a mix of interest and worry, quite possibly worrying about Scout Cain’s (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) safety now that she’s with him.

Alexis knows that Willow cannot be tried for Drew’s shooting, because she was already exonerated and that would be double jeopardy.

But she may be able to use the previous trial to show motive if what Kai tells her can be proven!

Nina Is Enraged As Willow Is Livid

In the meantime, Willow and her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are in Willow’s congressional office-and she’s enraged, as Willow is livid!

She’s likely telling Willow to back off in her quest to frame Michael for her previous crime so she can have total and sole custody of Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Sienna Goerisch).

Willow is livid and makes quite clear to Nina that she’s not giving it up until she gets what she needs!

Does Nina even know that Willow provoked Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) into coming to the Quartermaine gatehouse to confront her, and that Willow recorded him admitting criminal acts? This was after Jack warned Nina to back off Willow before she pulled Nina down with her.

Jordan’s Question

In the meantime, new replacement Aurora CEO Jordan has a question for Drew, as they discuss Drew coming back onboard Aurora.

She had overruled Michael’s denial but told him that she wanted to keep Drew close as in keeping your enemies closer to keep an eye on what they’re doing.

Jordan asks Drew if Michael is someone he’s really willing to work with, considering the bad blood  between the uncle and nephew.

Michael hadn’t wanted to work with Drew, but deferred to Jordan as CEO. So, will Drew prove Jordan right that he needs keeping an eye on?

Josslyn’s Demand

Elsewhere, Josslyn has just done a ninety-degree turnaround and accepted the CEO position at Jasper Jacks (formerly Ingo Rademaker) enterprises.

It blindsided Hudson Parker, (Troy Lennon Appel) and surprised Carly as well. But unbeknownst to Carly, this is Josslyn’s WSB assignment that came from over Jack’s head.

Josslyn is stern with her mother when she tells her to accept her surprising decision and warns her not to interfere. Because if Carly interferes, she could do the one thing she doesn’t want-bring danger to her daughter!
