Ric Lansing’s Real Motive

During the General Hospital preview for the Thursday, April 2 episode, Ric and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are near the nurse’s desk, having a chat. They’re obviously discussing someone important, as Ric responds to her saying, “You think I’m here to hurt him-you couldn’t be more wrong”. Elizabeth does look a little suspicious … what does she accuse Ric of?

Ric will do his best to convince her that he’s not out to hurt anyone, let alone the person who’s the topic of their discussion. Ric is doing his best to be a better person, considering his and Liz’s tumultuous past. He wants to prove to the nurse he’s not the man he used to be.

Lucas Jones’ Invitation

In the meantime, Lucas had gone to Wyndemere, intending to confront Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) over Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) murder, during the Wednesday, April 1 show. He asked his boyfriend’s father if he wanted to know why. Jenz told him he was a comfort to him, knowing how much he had loved Marco and Marco had loved him; Lucas is a bit blindsided, as Sidwell asks him to stay!

Will Lucas realize this may be his chance to look for more medicine for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)? Will he get a chance to find that safe, and hopefully be able to open it? Of course, that’s considering whether the two vials broken at the pier weren’t the very last ones!

Dante Falconeri’s Interrogation

Back at the hospital, Dante conducts an interrogation during the GH preview for Thursday’s show. Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) appears to be in a recovery room now, and Dante asks him why he issued that arrest warrant for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton)! What will be Cullum’s answer? Could he refuse to answer the Port Charles Police Commissioner?

More than likely, Cullum is more than aware that Dante’s father is Sonny. What he may not yet know is that Sidwell wants Sonny to go down for Marco’s murder, which Cullum himself committed!

A Deep Discussion

Elsewhere, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are having an important discussion after Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) tried to force her to denounce both Sonny and Jason publicly in a speech. Sonny will make a bold suggestion, and it’s probably about Jason.

In the preview, Laura responds to Sonny, asking him what kind of person she would be if she turned her back on him now. She promised Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) that she’d contact Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) to try and find out where the WSB had taken Jason. Perhaps Sonny’s bold suggestion is to tell her not to, as that could make things worse for Jason.

Cassius Faison’s Accusation

At Pier 55, Cassius Faison, a.k.a. ‘fake’ Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), continues to talk with Lulu during the April 2 episode. Jason told Britt to tell the police that he was the one who shot Cullum, and “Nathan” got there right after Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot him in defense of Britt and Jason. Now “Nathan” isn’t making much sense as far as Lulu is concerned, as she claps back, “Are you saying this is Jason and Britt’s fault?”

Could Cassius be slipping again in his pretending to be his late twin? What exactly does he say to Lulu to get that response?

Britt Westbourne Smacks Brad Cooper

In other news, Britt is livid as she smacks Brad right in the face during the General Hospital preview for the April 2 show! The two will be in her office at the hospital. Britt is consumed with guilt over Marco dying in the process of trying to save her, and Lucas having such a broken heart.

Britt had called someone to tell them to come see her, and that has to be her best friend, Brad, although she’s not acting like such a friend to him by hitting him! Perhaps Brad mouths off that he tried to warn Lucas about Marco, and that he got what was coming to him!  That definitely could set Britt off!
