GH Spoilers: The Top Three Theories That Nathan Is Far From Who He Says He Is

General Hospital Spoilers: The Top Three Theories That Nathan Is Far From Who He Says He IsGeneral Hospital spoilers suggest Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is not who he says he is, but that doesn’t mean we should jump to conclusions about who he is just yet.

There are a few options on the table, and they aren’t nearly as black and white as the fan base is often thinking. The reality is that if Nathan isn’t quite himself, he genuinely may not be aware of it. We can’t assume off the bat that he’s some bad guy in disguise.

He doesn’t know what he doesn’t know. He may truly have no idea what happened to the last seven years of his life, where he’s been, or why he has no memory of it.

Or, he may know all of those things. Either way, he does bring an element of danger into the mix, known or not.

The Clone Conspiracy

Some fans have tossed around the idea that the man we see as Nathan is just some sort of clone, fabricated by technology contained within the WSB or created by Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) himself. It’s not impossible that Faison started such works before he died.

It’s not impossible that someone is carrying out his work even after his death. Could there have been plans in place to clone human beings? If so, we can be certain that he already had a list of people in mind he would want to recreate from scratch.

GH Spoilers Claim This Reboot Isn’t What We Think

It’s also possible that Nathan is Nathan in the flesh, but not in spirit. Let’s be honest; it’s also not impossible that Faison is somehow alive — in some sense, even if he too is a clone or bot or some kind of AI-programmed entity that is carrying on the personality of Faison postmortem.

Is Nathan much the same — some sinister software experiment bound for disaster and heartbreak?

Given the strange comments Nathan has made thus far, his snafu with the chain of evidence in custody at work, and now the way he’s falling for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) as though his feelings for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) just disappeared, it’s fair to question it.

Nathan, Peter, or Heinrich?

The biggest question on everyone’s mind is whether Nathan is actually someone else in disguise.

At the top of the list is Peter August (Wes Ramsey), who we saw last week but can’t be sure whether he was really there or just a manifestation of Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) waxing and waning mind.

If Peter is back, is he here as Peter — or as Heinrich Faison (Wes Ramsey)? Could he be behind the resurrections of his siblings — Nathan and Brit Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)?

If Peter is lurking behind Nathan’s eyes, how long will he be able to entrench himself in Lulu’s world — and everyone else’s — before they figure out something’s not right with Nathan? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
