GH Spoilers: The Real Reason Pregnant Delilah Came To Town

General Hospital spoilers say Brook, Chase, and the PCPD will be on the case and searching for clues hinting to Delilah’s identity next week. 

When the mystery woman passed away, she left behind a tiny baby.  In order to reunite Baby Jane Doe with her family, Det Nathan West is going to have to find out where her mom came from.  The answer could be right in front of him too.  

Why Was Delilah In Port Charles Of ALL Places

It hasn’t been revealed how far along Delilah was or how premature her baby is.  But, it’s safe to say that she was beyond the stage in her pregnancy when doctors advise you not to travel unless it’s an emergency. 

The pregnant woman had to have a GOOD reason to be roaming the streets of Port Charles after dark.  Was she looking for her baby-daddy?

We don’t know much about Delilah, but it’s safe to assume she didn’t make her baby all by herself.  Baby Jane Doe has a father out there, and he has a right to know that his daughter is in the NICU at General Hospital. 

Rumor has it, that might have been why Delilah came to town.  Is someone we know in Port Charles the father of her baby?

GH Spoilers: Who Is Delilah’s Baby Daddy

If Det. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) can figure out who Delilah was visiting in Port Charles, then it could lead him to the baby’s father. 

A popular theory on social media is that the father has no idea he had a baby on the way, and Delilah was on her way to tell him. 

Chase didn’t recognize the woman, so we can narrow him out.  But, there are about two dozen other male characters that might have slept with Delilah.
