GH Spoilers: Sidwell Gives Marco An Ultimatum – Choose Him Or Lucas Dies?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) could give his son Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) an ultimatum to choose him over his lover.

During GH’s February 16 episode Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) confronted Marco about the sinister things he overheard, and Marco shifted the blame onto Sidwell.

Marco claimed that Sidwell is the person threatening Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and blamed Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) killing his mom as motivation to work with his father.

He then went on to say that he’d stop working with Sidwell once their current project is over.

Lucas Bought the Story?

Marco’s reaction to Lucas’ anger appeared to be genuine, that is, he declared his love and willingness to break away from Jenz for him.

While that could be true, would Sidwell just free Marco from his shady shenanigans? We don’t think so! Marco’s in deep and thus far is one of a very few people Sidwell can trust.

Plus, we have seen what Sidwell is capable when angry or betrayed and we don’t think that Marco wants to lose his life this young.

How Far Will Sidwell Go?

Things are also complicated because Pascal (Marc Forget) is keeping close tabs on the couple and saw Lucas eavesdropping. We’re certain that Pascal gives Sidwell updates and this could pressure Marco to try and keep Lucas under control.

When Marco announces his intention to leave the family business after their current project is over, we predict that Sidwell could disagree and demand Marco stay and be loyal.

Will Marco Play by Sidwell’s Rules?

Knowing what Sidwell is capable of, do you think he would threaten Lucas’ life to get Marco to play nice?

Sidwell could also demand that Marco keep Lucas safe by having him never, ever talk about what he knows—or else.
