During this intense moment, Portia exclaims, “This baby is coming right now.” It remains uncertain whether she is speaking to herself, addressing an unseen person, or perhaps talking to someone on the phone, like a loved one or a 9-1-1 operator.

The clip strongly suggests that she is already “pushing,” indicating that her baby is set to make an appearance this week. Given the situation, will the little one make a safe entrance into the world?

Fans of General Hospital are aware that these preview clips can mislead viewers, leaving open the possibility that someone might be with Portia during this moment.

However, the producers have chosen to include footage in the promo that suggests she is completely alone-it would certainly be a captivating twist if Curtis were present, especially since the couple is currently at odds.
