General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, July 20 tease Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has an inappropriate ask, while Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) requests help.
Plus, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) visits Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Key Takeaways
- Willow shocks Chase with a request.
- Lulu drops a bombshell on Sonny.
- Nina explodes at Brennan.
- Molly seeks Laura’s help.
- Tracy agrees to a risky favor.
Willow’s Inappropriate Ask
It looks like Willow has tracked Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) down at the Quartermaine residence, and she has an inappropriate ask!
Chase looks shocked as she asks him how he would feel about taking a trip with her to DC!
Chase just recently had a deep conversation with his wife, Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) over his friendship with Willow affecting their marriage negatively.
General Hospital spoilers tease that Willow will come to an unpleasant realization. Might she realize that she can’t get Chase back, even though she claimed she only wanted friendship anyway?
Tracy’s Sitting In A Courtroom
In the meantime, it looks like Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is sitting in a courtroom, as she asks someone, “What’s the catch?”
She appears to be sitting on a bench with wood paneling on the walls in the background. It looks like Port Charles is gearing up for a trial, either Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) or possibly Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota).
It’s possible it’s a pre-hearing of some sort where witnesses are being picked, and decisions are being made for who will testify and for whom. General Hospital spoilers tease that Tracy will grant the request.
Molly’s Request For Help
In the meantime, Assistant District Attorney Molly is at the PCPD, where she’s talking to Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
She tells a concerned Laura that she’s going to need her help. Molly has had to make a decision between her book tour and her law career, and perhaps she’s trying to bow out so she and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) can go on the tour.
This would seem to be Sidwell’s trial that Port Charles is getting ready for, rather than Curtis’ if Molly needs to bow out.
Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) had requested Molly take this trial because she had a conflict of interest!
Joe Fitzpatrick Talks To Ezra Boyle At The PCPD
In the meantime, Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) is talking to Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) at the PCPD, Joe sounds sarcastic and Ezra looks annoyed! Joe throws his hands up in a gesture as he tells Ezra, “You don’t have anything to hide, right?”
Ezra was with Sidwell when Joe answered the call along with “Not-Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) and Joe got shot-although just a flesh wound.
After Sidwell took off, Ezra called 911 and made sure the young officer was going to be okay. As for Joe, he’d put an APB out on “Not-Nathan”!
Nina Is Disgusted With Brennan!
In the meantime, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is disgusted with Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) after getting a bit amorous at the Brown Dog Bar!
It looks like she’s brought him home to sober up a bit, he’d been drinking and also had had some dizzy spells earlier at Wyndemere.
It’s implied that Jack may have misinterpreted Nina’s intentions, as she looks at him with shock on her face and calls him a disgusting pig!
Might a well-placed slap be coming up next? Or a tumble under the covers?
Lulu Visits Sonny
In the meantime, Lulu is visiting Sonny at home, and tells him something he likely already knows; that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) didn’t shoot WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) that night.
It sounds like with Cullum dead now, and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) out of danger, she tells him that Jason was covering for Rocco.
Sonny will hear her out, and the former father and daughter in law will catch up on the family drama.
Might Lulu be worried that Rocco could still face charges? That’s probably not going to happen, since Cullum is no longer alive to testify to anything!
