GH Spoilers: Lucas Holds The Key To Saving Jason

General Hospital spoilers imply that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) may hold the key to saving Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Right now, Jason is in WSB custody, and many people believe they may never see the henchman again.

With that said, as Lucas aims to avenge Marco Rios’s (Adrian Anchond) death and gain access to Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) meds, can he also provide the evidence needed to prove that Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is a double agent?

Lucas Jones’ Risk

General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Lucas is taking a major risk. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) feels drawn to Lucas in the aftermath of his son’s death and has asked the man to stay at Wyndemere so they both can lean on each other during their grief.

Lucas initially felt wary of the very thought since Wyndemere creeped him out as it was. Still, being in the Spoon Island mansion means he has access to the safe to snag Britt’s meds, but also allows him to gather intel to bring Cullum down.

Lucas and Britt deduced this week that Cullum was the man who stabbed Marco. Gathering concrete proof about Cullum being a double agent will not only bring justice for Marco’s death, but it may help Jason, too.

Lucas’s Revenge

Lucas had a panic attack this week, knowing that he saved the man who killed his partner. This is the main motivating factor for doing what he’s doing.

With that said, if Lucas is successful and doesn’t get himself killed (after all, Pascal [Marc Forgot], the butler, is also someone who’s gunning for him), he may also be able to save Jason.

After all, this could lay the groundwork that Jason was defending himself when he shot Cullum.

Still, while the WSB is a spy organization that loves to chase the villains, they also have a layer of evilness to them.

Will Jason be released if Cullum is proven to be a double agent? After all, they seem to have an authority over things that defies reason.

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) recently pointed out that, as the bureau, Jason is in custody and may not be willing to let go of him. Someone like Jason could prove to be an excellent recruit, thanks to his skill set and experience.

There’s also the element that someone in the WSB could cover for Cullum, despite Lucas’s evidence. Only time will tell.
