Lindsay Hartley Might Be Gearing For A Comeback

As many of our readers can recall, Lindsay used to fill in for actress Kelly Monaco whenever the producers needed someone to play Sam McCall.

She did it several times during the Covid years and when Kelly needed a break from filming.

Well, rumor has it that the producers are looking to bring Sam back on the show (and perhaps back from the dead) and are in need of an actress for the role. And who better to do it than Lindsay Hartley, right?

It goes without saying that GH fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “I think there are enough women in that age group that we don’t need Sam enough to recast a character who has essentially only been played by one actress (nobody else played Sam consistently, just on occasion).”

Is Sam McCall Coming Back?

“I’d rather see them focus on bringing on people to fill out the younger generation that prolonging the bloated older cast.”

Another critic of the show wrote, “I would quit watching. No one else can play Sam. That would be as bad as when Greg Vaughn played Lucky. No, no, no.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I really liked her as Sam. I don’t think we need to bring Sam back but maybe a new character for her would be interesting. I’d rather have her than some of the characters on right now.”

That said it will be interesting to see if the producers of the show ever bring back Sam McCall on the canvas. Clearly, GH fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!
