GH Spoilers: Liesl’s Skepticism A Sign That She’s More Attuned to Willow’s Behavior Than Nina Is?

General Hospital Spoilers: Is Liesl's Skepticism A Sign That She's More Attuned to Willow's Behavior Than Nina Is?General Hospital spoilers gossip Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) seemed to be downplaying her real opinion on Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) decision to take Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) home and care for him full-time herself.

While any well-meaning family member might be concerned that such an undertaking would be too much on any one person, let alone a grieving wife who needs to make peace with what has happened to her husband, Liesl appeared to judge Willow’s move as something more like strategy than blindedness.

Perhaps it takes one to know one, but I think Liesl senses that Willow is a schemer, and her mother just isn’t hip to reality yet.

Nina Knows Nothing

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was just mildly concerned watching Willow bawl her eyes out to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at the hospital upon hearing the news that Drew’s condition was so dire post-stroke.

Over the last few years since Nina drifted into and out of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) life, we’ve seen some minor improvements in her personality and behavior.

One of those improvements is the double-edged sword of how much she loves her daughter — to the point that she is blind to her flaws at times.

This seems to be one of those times. Nina knew that day in the hospital that something wasn’t right, but she didn’t push it.

GH Spoilers Gush Liesl Isn’t Nearly as Mannerly

Decorum is not a word in Liesl’s vocabulary. She says what she wants when she wants and apologizes to no one. Willow is no different.

Remember that day in Nina’s office at Crimson when Willow found out Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) was leaving the country with baby Daisy Corinthos Gilmore (Brenden and Evelyn Beimford) because Sasha was so fearful someone was after her daughter?

That was all Willow’s doing, and she completely relished the moment. Liesl couldn’t help but notice the smile beaming across her face. If she senses something is off here, she’s going to call a spade a spade.

What Comes Next

Nina might not know what to expect for Willow’s life as she takes on the role of being Drew’s caretaker, but she just might be surprised if Willow lets her in on the secret soon that she plans to torment the man. Would any of us be surprised if Nina joined in on the fun?

Nevertheless, Liesl isn’t likely to think this is a good idea, and she’s never been one to shy away from and eye for an eye. But Willow’s head is clearly not screwed on straight, and that breeds serious risk.

Can Aunt Liesl see this train coming and keep it on the tracks? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead to find out.
