But now that he’s back, it seems like this Jason that is presented today just doesn’t measure up to the same Jason that we saw before actor Steve Burton took a break from the soap back in March.

For a lot of fans, they are just not liking this new version of Jason Morgan that they are seeing on the canvas these days, and that’s with good reason, too.

There’s no action, there’s no spark, and honestly there’s really no reason for fans to tune in to see him carry on to the next episode. Yes, that’s how boring it’s gotten. Sure, Jason is no longer in the mob and is even wearing different clothes these days.

For a lot of fans, they just don’t understand what was the point in transforming him from a hero to someone who has a life that is so utterly boring and mundane that no one simply cares for him anymore. Not only that, but Jason’s love life has also become a stalemate, so to speak.
