General Hospital spoilers say that he’s making a radical lifestyle change. Clearly, we are talking about Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as he has made up his mind and doesn’t want to be part of the mob scene anymore.

In other words, Jason is hanging up his hat and boots and decided that it’s just not worth putting his life on the line for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) anymore.

That’s mostly because Jason has realized that because Danny only has one parent right now, he needs to focus on being the best father that he can be.

Plus, Jason has made it clear that if he stays in the mob, he might end up dead just like Danny’s mother, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Now, whether or not Jason sticks with his plan remains to be seen, but it goes without saying that the internet had a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “I think it’s way past time, Danny doesn’t need a keeper, and Jason doesn’t need to be a babysitter, he can still work for Sonny in the Coffee business and still keep an eye on Danny.”

Another critic wrote, “Jason needs to stop whining about his choices, Sam’s death had nothing to do with the mob, per se, Cyrus was a nut.”

“Let’s be clear Danny has many people in his life, it’s not like he’s an orphan at 10 years old, and would be better served going to school, he is a hard head who acts out on stupid impulses.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I actually fear that GH is going to revert to showing Danny, Charlotte, Rocco, and Scout in many more future plots to attract young viewers or not, maybe Jason can be their troop leader.”
