GH Spoilers: Is An Ethan And Kristina Romance Finally Happening

When General Hospital spoilers confirmed that fan fave Ethan Lovett was coming back to Port Charles, there was speculation that he and Kristina Corinthos might reunite (or finally unite).

Since Ethan’s return, he and Kristina have been amicable and seemed to have put the past behind them.

Could sparks fly between them on the daytime soap next week?  Keep reading to find out!

Ethan Lovett & Kristina Corinthos

Ethan and Kristina’s complicated history was well documented on General Hospital over the years.

In 2010 Kristina Corinthos-Davis was an out of control teenager, and obsessed with baddie Ethan Lovett (Nathan Parson Dean).  Despite the fact that he was older than her, Kristina continued to pursue Ethan.

General Hospital fans will recall that Kristina was attacked by her ex Kiefer and lied to protect him.  Kristina panicked and lied and said that Ethan Lovett was responsible and had him arrested.

The PCPD weren’t the only ones looking for Ethan, Sonny Corinthos ordered a hit on him for hurting his daughter.

Eventually the truth came out, and Ethan didn’t return to town for many years.  The irony is, Kristina Corinthos never got to actually be with Ethan because by the time she turned 18 he had been run out of town.

Is Ethan Sticking Around

When Nathan Dean returned to General Hospital, TPTB made it clear that it was only for a short arc.

The actor actually discussed his return in interviews and even stated he was only coming back for a little bit.  Right now, Ethan Lovett is not listed as a recurring character and is only back on a temporary basis.

If Ethan and Kristina do hook up, there’s no reason to think he is sticking around Port Charles and they have any sort of future together.
