GH Spoilers: How Will Nathan React To Finding Out Maxie’s Involvement With Peter?

General Hospital spoilers and updates pose a very important question for a situation that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) hasn’t been told about concerning Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

Even though he’s insecure about Maxie having moved on with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) how will he react to her past involvement with Peter August (Wes Ramsey)?

No One’s Mentioned Bailey Lu

Even though Nathan has had quite a bit of contact with his son with Maxie, James West (Gary James Fuller) and he knew about Georgie Jones (Lily Fisher) no one’s mentioned the baby!

Bailey Lu Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski) is the baby of the family, and Peter was her father; Maxie nearly married the monster before she realized what he was!

There has to be a reason that no one has mentioned his stepdaughter-niece, and it may be fear of his reaction.

It’s also possible that even though he’s aware of Maxie’s youngest child, that he may assume she’s Spinelli’s-and just never thought to ask.

After all, with him presumed dead and even buried, he can’t blame Maxie for not staying single-even though she didn’t remarry.

Eventually, Nathan Will Be Told Or Find Out

Eventually, Nathan will be told or find out that Bailey Lu’s father was Peter, and that Maxie had almost married him. Perhaps everyone is waiting, figuring that should be Maxie’s tale to tell, once she wakes up to find she’s not a widow after all-and that’s enough for her!

Nathan won’t be able to tell her what happened between when he was shot by his father and when he appeared in Port Charles driving a pickup truck that wrecked.

He doesn’t even remember driving the truck or why he was there, arriving shortly after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) brought a not-so-dead-either Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) back from Croatia. It’s like during that seven-year period, he must have been brainwashed-or something!

Will Nathan Be Blindsided And Shocked, Or Will He Be Understanding?

Once Maxie’s over the shock of Nathan’s “return from the dead” she has a full plate of difficult decisions to make-number one, what to do about Spinelli? Number, two, how to explain her mistake of falling for Nathan’s half-brother, not that long after Nathan “died”?

It was Peter who delivered James when Maxie went into labor unexpectedly and he was born on the side of the road-before anyone knew he was Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) older son!

There were a few people who knew the truth-but Peter bound them to silence for Maxie’s sake-he said. Nathan may be taking Maxie’s reunion with Spinelli in stride, but there’s no telling how he’ll react to learning she has a baby with Peter!
