‘GH’ Spoilers Friday, March 13: Chase Shocks, Portia Blindsided, Sonny’s Bombshell

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, March 13 tease Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) makes a request, while Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is in for a shock.

Plus, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) has a heart-to-heart with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Chase’s Request

In Port Charles Police Commissioner Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) office, Chase makes a request. He tells Dante he’d like to volunteer to find baby Jane Doe’s family.

Of course, that makes perfect sense, considering he and his wife Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) found Delilah (Lily Cardone) in labor and distressed.

Will Dante okay the request by the demoted detective, who has his mind off being Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) hero for a change? At least maybe that will keep him out of trouble!

Brook Lynn’s Request

In the meantime, Brook Lynn is at General Hospital, apparently at the hospital nursery, as she has a request of her own.

She asks someone if they think that she can hold her, obviously referring to Baby Jane Doe.

Brook Lynn and Chase may well wind up being her foster parents until and if her family could be found, knowing they may have to give her up.

But if there are no other relatives found, at least none who can prove it or claim the baby, perhaps they’ll be able to adopt her.

Portia Is In For A Shock

It looks like Portia is also at the hospital, as her daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) approaches her, smiling from ear to ear!

General Hospital spoilers say that Portia is in for a shock, what could Trina possibly shock her with, as she says she has a little surprise for her?

Does Trina have an engagement announcement, or something else unexpected?

Or will Portia’s shock come as the result of something else entirely? Whatever Trina’s surprise is, she’s certainly happy and excited about telling her mom!

Turner Turns Down Some Help?

In the meantime, someone approaches Acting District Attorney Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor), offering some help with something or someone.

Turner turns around and answers, “helping me would be a complete and utter disaster”!

Would this be referring to something personal or professional, as the pair certainly aren’t in the courtroom; it looks more like she’s having lunch at a desk!

The requester turns around and is walking away from Justine, appearing to wear a power suit-is she another attorney?

Gio’s Heart-To-Heart

As Gio is having a heart-to-heart with Sonny Corinthos, (Maurice Benard) Sonny tells him he wants him to do something for him.

Might that something be playing that new violin that he got for Christmas?  Gio was helping Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) learn to play her guitar, so Sonny’s request being music-related is a distinct possibility.

However, the look on Gio’s face, as he’s in a Port Charles baseball uniform, is very serious. What might his grandfather Corinthos be asking?

Maxie Tears Into Lulu

In the meanwhile, it’s a tense scene at Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) house as she tears into Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is likely also still there, after having brought James West (Gary James Fuller) home from baseball practice.

Maxie and Nathan had been arguing prior to Lulu’s arrival, and she walked right into it. Maxie lashes out at Lulu, and says that changes how she feels about her and Lulu!

Will Nathan still be there and intervene, or will he have left and given them some privacy?
