Key Takeaways
- Elizabeth challenges Willow to let Drew have a voice, raising new suspicions about her motives.
- Chase faces a crucial test after Anna leaves his detective promotion within reach.
- Josslyn confronts Brennan as he prepares to deliver troubling news with major WSB implications.
- Lucas and Britt clash again before finding common ground through an unexpected apology.
- Jason returns to Port Charles and extends a heartfelt olive branch to Drew in hopes of ending their family feud.
Elizabeth’s Challenge
It looks like Elizabeth and Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) may be in a doctor’s office at General Hospital as Elizabeth challenges her with a question.
It’s obvious she’s talking to her about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) who Elizabeth has been puzzled over Willow not taking her up on the advanced communication aids she mentioned.
Eilzabeth has been suspicious of that for quite a while now, and she’s confronting Willow about it.
She is sitting in a power position behind a desk as she confronts Willow, who stands in front of it and mounts her challenging question. She tells Willow she has to let Drew have a voice-or doesn’t she want that?
Chase’s Test
At the Port Charles Police Department, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) puts Chase to the test, after Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had offered to promote him.
She had assigned Chase to find the lost evidence on the Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) shooting case, but then Dante fessed up.
Consequently, she decided it best to close the case but still kept the offer open. So, now Chase is with Dante at the PCPD and Chase asks him if it’s a courtesy, or a test? Obviously it’s a test, and Chase surely hopes he will pass it!
Josslyn Has Some Questions For Brennan
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is now healed and released from the gunshot wound she sustained on Spoon Island the day that she took out Cullum with a rifle.
Now she’s back at the WSB office, confronting her boss Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) with some questions. Josslyn asks him if he’s trying to recover Cullum’s secrets, or trying to recover his own?
Jack looks annoyed, to say the least, and he may not have the answer Josslyn is looking for.
Brennan will have bad news to deliver-but is it about the black box Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) found at Wyndemere, or is it about something else?
Lucas And Britt Have A Discussion
In the meantime, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and have a discussion at General Hospital, and he tells Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) if she doesn’t want to be there, leave!
However, Lucas will offer an apology as well-and that might be for how things were left at Bobbie’s the day she first met Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) and had a meltdown!
It sounds like once again Britt is complaining about some of her duties while on probation at General Hospital, when in others’ opinions, she should be thankful they’re giving her another chance!
Jason And Danny Return Home
Jason and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) also return home to Port Charles after their father-son trip.
From the previous General Hospital weekly promo, it showed Jason will make a trip to the hospital also, where he and Britt see each other. It’s possible he may drop Danny off at the Quartermaine mansion first.
Danny’s not seen with him entering the double doors at GH leading up to the Nurses’ Desk, but he does look like he has some need of medical attention. Since he didn’t attend to it the first day, he’ll do it now.
Jason Offers An Olive Branch
Jason also will offer an olive branch while he’s at the Quartermaines, Danny possibly being somewhere close by-he spots Drew sitting in wheelchair next to the lake.
It’s a closeup, and it may be Scout Quartermaine’s (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) face partly seen next to her father. Jason tells his no longer identical twin brother “It’s time for a new chapter”.
It sounds like he’s trying to make peace with Drew for the sake of the greater good, and all their children-like Danny and Jake Webber (Hudson West) begged for before Drew disappeared.
Will they be able to iron things out with each other for the sake of their children?
