At the Port Charles Courthouse, Molly has some bad news, and she tells Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) there are things that will not work in their favor.
Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and Portia had been hoping that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) would be found guilty.
Especially since Isaiah was also planning to sue him in civil court for pain and suffering and lost wages, due to Curtis’ attack, because that would help the civil case as well.
It indeed sounds like Curtis might skate on the charges, especially since Isaiah later vents to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
Jordan Ashford Does A Turnaround
In the meantime, General Hospital spoilers for Friday note that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) seems to do a turnaround of sorts as she tells Curtis, “Actually, Curtis, I think I’m going to sit this one out!”
Might his temper have flared despite himself in the courtroom, which obviously wouldn’t have helped his case, but maybe he got lucky?
Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) even tried to convince him to take a plea bargain with a reduced sentence, but Curtis refused.
He didn’t want to be in prison the first eight months of his son’s life. Perhaps Jordan is feeling guilty about throwing Isaiah under the bus?
Ava Jerome Courts A New Ally
Elsewhere, Ava Jerome (Maura West) courts a new ally, whom she tells, “I think we might have some common interests to explore”.
Might she be trying to team up with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), considering there’s a cane handle hanging on the table?
What could Ava and Drew possibly have in common, other than each one of them having a daughter?
Ava best watch her step: one thing they have in common besides daughters is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
If Ava wants to keep her girlfriend, she’d better leave Nina’s old boyfriend alone! What kind of trouble could Ava and Drew get in together?
Jacinda Bracken Has Some News
Across town, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) are having a meal at the Metro Court Gardens, and she has some news for him.
Considering she spiked Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) iced coffee with the same thing she used on Drew that time, she knows there’s bound to be some repercussions for Willow!
Jacinda tells Michael that she thinks things are about to change for the congresswoman!
If Willow acts as Drew did and it’s in a public place like he was, there’s bound to be paparazzi and scandal all over it!
Josslyn Jacks’ Meeting
Oddly enough, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is meeting with none other than Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel), and they appear to know each other!
Could Hudson be WSB? Is that where their connection comes into play? She acts like she’s supervising him in some way as she tells him, “We need to figure out how we fix this!”
Hudson surely didn’t act like a WSB agent when he beat the stuffing out of Ethan Lovett (Christian Howard) in that hotel room in Oslo!
Perhaps that’s the very thing she’s talking to him about, considering beating up Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) stepson doesn’t look good!
Anna Devane’s Accusation!
Finally, Anna slings an accusation at someone who’s been a long-time friend, and according to General Hospital spoilers, she and Jordan catch up!
Perhaps that’s why Jordan leaves the courtroom, as she told Curtis. But why would Anna lash out at Jordan, who she’s known for many years, back to when Jordan was still a DEA agent?
If indeed it’s Jordan that she’s slinging the accusation at, she accuses her of betraying all of them.
Whatever could Anna be referring to? Jordan’s short time under duress working for Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or her undercover dealings with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)?
