GH Spoilers: Ezra Boyle Targeted – A Dead Man Walking in Port Charles?

General Hospital spoilers suggest that Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) could very well be a dead man walking.

While he’s always been a “yes” man where Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is concerned, some recent scenes where he pushed back proved to annoy the criminal … and fans know what happens to Sidwell’s employees when they annoy him.

Ezra Boyle’s Loose Lips

General Hospital spoilers for the Wednesday, April 15 episode remind fans that Sidwell and Ezra had an explosive encounter at Wyndemere during the show. Sidwell was annoyed at the city councilman’s incompetence, which seemed to tick off Ezra.

So much so, the man was bold enough to point out that Sidwell may be the reason for some of the recent failures, not him or others who work for him. This is when Sidwell pulled out a gun and hinted about a possible ‘severance package’ he had in mind for Ezra.

GH viewers may recall that things didn’t end well for some of the last employees who pushed back at Sidwell.

PCU Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard) got shot, while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is ‘locked-in’ to his own personal nightmare.

Drew is bound to a wheelchair where he can’t speak, eat, or move, thanks to the drugs Sidwell gave Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) to put her husband ‘in his place’.

Is Ezra A Goner?

As the April 15 episode progressed, Ezra headed to the bar and got more than a little tipsy. He began ranting at the bartender about his situation and even named Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

With that said, if Ezra continues to push back with Sidwell – or fails at the tasks he’s given – the man may believe he’s expendable. Sidwell generally does away with expendable employees, but not by firing them … his moves are far more drastic!

Could Ezra be a goner by the end of this week or next? If he’s drunk and in a vulnerable position, Sidwell could attack swiftly. The gun he pulled out during the Wednesday show seemed to foreshadow this thought.

Plus, Ezra’s passing would be shocking, and as he’s not a main player on the show, it wouldn’t affect storylines too much.
