GH Spoilers: Ethan Lovett – The Shocking WSB Sleeper Agent Cullum Never Expected!

General Hospital Spoilers: BOMBSHELL-Ethan Lovett's The Shocking WSB Sleeper Agent Cullum Never Expected!

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Ethan Lovett returned to Port Charles after spending six years in France.

This, the same week when the WSB’s genuine Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) expert is finally facing downfall-little did Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) know that Ethan is the WSB sleeper agent he never anticipated!

Ethan’s Back The First Time Since Luke Spencer Died

Ethan Lovett returned to Port Charles on General Hospital after Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death.

This coincides with Ross Cullum, the WSB’s top threat, being at GH, and the Bureau is closing in. He claims he missed his family, but that’s not the whole truth.

Ethan is a sleeper agent, Cullum is his target, and Port Charles is about to see four factions operating against one man, unaware of each other. The town is a battleground with four wars happening simultaneously, mostly unnoticed.

Happening Right Under Everyone’s Noses

Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a tight grip on the town, and his partner in crime Cullum is the WSB’s expert on Faison, having undermined the Bureau for years.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) believes Cullum is why Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is institutionalized, insisting Faison is alive.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis)  just turned a drunk Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) against Sidwell from City Hall; Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy)  is running her own operation through her mother and Valentin.

Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo)  is dead, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are being framed.

Meanwhile, Cullum lies in a hospital bed as the Bureau confronts the actions of its own agent over the past decade.

Ethan Claims He Was In France, Seeing His Family There

Ethan Lovett claims he was in France-he mentions seeing his mother Holly Sutton (Emma Samma), Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), and Daisy Gilmore (Evelyn and Brenden Beimford).

He tells his sister Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) that he is a “professional” and that no one chasing him can catch him. He says his visit might be open-ended and that he has “one more stop to make” before meeting her.

He arrives at Sonny’s front door and finds Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) there, calling it his “lucky day.” Ethan may be after Cullum primarily, but he won’t be real upset if Sidwell’s caught in the crossfire while he’s at it-he mistreated Holly and tried to blow up Sasha!

Luke Spent Years Trying To Kill Faison

For half of his life, Luke Spencer had been on a relentless quest to eliminate Cesar Faison.

Meanwhile, Ross Cullum has dedicated his entire professional life to safeguarding Faison from within. Instead of sending a condolence card to Luke’s son, the WSB is actually designating Ethan as a target.

He represents the Bureau’s most valuable asset- the son of the very man who authored the definitive guide on tracking down Faison.

Now he’s returning to town under the guise of grief so meticulously crafted that not a single person in Port Charles will dare to question any of his actions.

Ethan Reconnects With Tracy

Thursday’s spoilers reveal that Ethan Lovett is set to reconnect with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).

Tracy is at the helm of ELQ and is currently entangled in a situation where she is concealing Brook Lynn Quartermaine‘s (Amanda Setton) damaged vehicle at the boathouse, covered by a tarp.

She is trying to protect her granddaughter from being linked to the crash involving Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Tanisha Harper, Donnell Turner).

The household is already shrouded in secrecy the way it is. And Ethan is about to step right into the middle of it.

Ethan Reconnects With Kristina

On Monday, he meets up with Kristina, who opens the door to her father. This is the gentlest possible way to gain access to the entire Corinthos intel network- Sonny’s operations, Sidwell’s fixation, and the entire Marco Rios case.

Just one dinner away, and within five days, he could tap into legacy wealth and mob connections, and he doesn’t need to seduce, deceive, or charm anyone to achieve it. He is already considered family by both women, and they trust him implicitly.

Laura cannot reach that level of access;  Valentin is unable to touch it, Joss cannot get close, but Ethan can.

No One Knows What The Others Are Doing

Laura is unaware that Valentin is orchestrating a scheme involving Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) against Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna).

Meanwhile, Valentin is oblivious to the fact that Joss and Carly are conducting their own operation against Cullum. Joss, in turn, is unaware that Laura has turned Ezra.

And none of them realize that the man Lulu is introducing around town as her brother is the fifth element in a plan that could obliterate the entire Sidwell operation. The catalyst is Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner).

Felicia Receives Unsettling News, And Ethan’s Stepping Into A War Zone

According to Friday’s spoilers, Felicia receives unsettling news; she was once married to Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) and is Robert’s oldest friend.

Felicia is well-acquainted with every retired WSB agent still alive; if anyone in Port Charles is poised to pick up the phone and verify that Ethan Lovett is active, it’s her. Felicia knows, as does Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

The Sidwell case is about to explode wide open-just as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) continues to take the blame for a shooting that is soon to be the least of the WSB’s concerns. Into this chaotic war zone situation steps Ethan Lovett.
