General Hospital Spoilers: Cullum Leaks Nathan’s True Identity, Retaliates After Rocco Cover-Up Unravels?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) could pay the price for hiding the truth about what played out on the pier.

Nathan is doing his best to protect Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and make sure no one ever finds out he shot Cullum that night.

GH fans know there’s already a lot at stake for Nathan since he could lose his job over this. Plus, we have to consider the impact this could have on Nathan’s relationship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).

Nathan’s friendship with Dante took a bit of a hit due to Nathan’s decision to date Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). Keeping a secret this huge about Rocco could make matters much worse.

However, Nathan’s job and bond with Dante may be the least of his problems if Cullum finds out what he did. Cullum is clearly the kind of guy who gets revenge when someone goes against him, so Nathan may ultimately become a target.

Of course, Nathan’s life could be in danger along with Rocco’s, but Cullum might get payback on Nathan another way instead. Perhaps once the Rocco cover-up unravels, Cullum could retaliate by leaking Nathan’s true identity.

You can bet that Cullum knows more than he’s letting on when it comes to Nathan’s return from the grave. Cullum may have orchestrated the whole thing, including making sure all the “evidence” pointed to the real Nathan’s return.

In reality, “Nathan” may be someone else entirely. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) dropped a hint recently about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) having a fourth child, which led to speculation that this Nathan might actually be his long-lost twin brother.

If that’s true, Cullum might prove who “Nathan” really is and blow up the life he’s building with Lulu.

Unless “Nathan” is some sort of memory-mapping victim, he may be fully aware that he’s not the real deal. Based on the times when “Nathan” has seemingly slipped up, it seems like he knows more than he’s letting on, too.

Cullum may realize that and expose Nathan as a fraud as well as a liar. By choosing to cover for Rocco and deceive Cullum, Nathan could be sealing his own fate when it comes to Cullum’s revenge.

It’d be easy for Cullum to send anonymous fake Nathan proof to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) or even Lulu herself. Cullum could keep his hands clean and hide his trail while delivering a news story that’ll rock Port Charles!
