GH Spoilers: Britt Doesn’t Have Huntington’s – Is She Part Of A Fiendish Conspiracy?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) lives in fear of her Huntington’s disease. She was diagnosed several years ago and her father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), also had it.

These days Britt is being given anti-Huntington’s meds to keep her symptoms at bay. They are supplied by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in exchange for her work on Faison’s final project.

This is not a mercy exchange, they are blackmailing her and she has no choice but to work for them. But what if this arrangement is all a fantastic scheme with no purpose?

Does Britt Really Have Huntington’s?

Fans are now questioning if Britt actually has Huntington’s. That’s because anything can happen on soaps, with falsified lab results one of the more mild fake outs.

GH is infamous for distributing fake lab reports. Could unsavory actors like Cullum and Sidwell have faked Britt’s diagnosis in order to force her to do their bidding? Definitely maybe!
Can Jason Save Britt?

Of course it would be horrendous to do such a thing to Britt. Then again, she has massive loads of bad karma to clear, so maybe this is a tiny part of the universe’s repayment scheme?

For example, Britt broke her mom’s heart by faking her death. That was a bad thing to do to Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) who still hasn’t forgiven her entirely.

Will Britt be Gobsmacked?

If, and we are speculating here, Britt does not have Huntington’s, how might she find this out? Britt learned in the January 2 episode of GH that the fiends have taken her meds. This will lead to several possible outcomes.

First, and most importantly, without her meds Britt could discover that she has nothing to worry about.

Did Jenz and Cullum Pull a Fast One?

If Britt has been taking placebos all along, not taking them will not affect her adversely. In other words, Britt could discover that she has no Huntington’s symptoms without the meds, alerting her to investigate her condition more thoroughly.
