GH Spoilers: Anna Shoots to Kill – Jason Gets Hit?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers imply that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wants to do away with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) but she could end up shooting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) instead. Anna is not in her right mind.

The brand new GH weekly preview reveals some tantalizing action including a hint that Jason could end up shot before Anna’s reign of terror is over.

Is Anna OK?

During the Tuesday, September 8 episode fans see Jason follow Britt to Mt. Emerson where Anna has summoned her prey.

Nosy Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) overheard Britt say where she’s headed and freely offered it up to Jason, whom he escorted back to PC as a gift to the WSB—can we trust this guy?

Back to the GH preview: Jason is shown in a wooded area begging Anna to stop. Anna says “this has to end tonight” and we then see Britt laying on the ground before hearing three shots ring out.

What or who did Anna shoot? Clearly she’s on a bender and she could point her gun at both Britt and Jason.

We assume that if Jason encounters the ladies, he will do anything humanly possible to stop Anna. This includes hurtling himself at Anna before she can kill Britt or herself.

Is Jason Shot by Accident?

But if there is a struggle, it just may be that gun goes off and Jason is shot—so much for him leaving the danger of mob life behind.

Then again, in her state of mind Anna may purposely shoot Jason if Peter August (Wes Rasmey) tells her to. She is listening to his ghost and he is completely corrupt.

Will Anna Shoot Jason?

Anna is targeting Britt on Peter’s orders despite the fact that he is dead—Anna has failed to tell anyone of her condition, which is not surprising. However, some suspect she is not herself, and this little interlude cements that conclusion.

All Peter would have to do is give a command and Anna will do whatever he says.
