GH Spoilers: Adrian Anchondo Reflects On Marco’s Lost Opportunities

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Adrian Anchondo recently reflected on missed opportunities as Marco Rios and what could have been for his character.

Lucas Jones Wants Someone To Pay

It is obvious that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is out to make someone pay now that his boyfriend, Marco has been killed. Lucas is planning to take down not only Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but Marco’s father, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) as well.

However, there is a long line of people waiting to take these two down and Lucas may have to wait for his pound of flesh.

There are people in a race to get to these guys including, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and the PCPD, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and possibly more. Marco would be in there if he wasn’t already dead.

Adrian Anchondo Appears On “That’s Awesome”

Adrian recently spoke with Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Damien Spinelli) on “their “That’s Awesome” podcast recently.

Adrian reminded everyone that “my dad was the one who started the fire that made me save Kristina and made me lose my mother and I never found that out.” Adrian adds, and finding out could have changed everything.

A fan asked Adrian on his Instagram stories what he would have liked to have seen if Marco had lived.

Adrian says, “I’ve thought about this a lot. I was hoping there would come a moment where Marco finally, let’s just say, holds Sonny at gunpoint or something, and he’s about to get his revenge and Sonny tells him about the truth of Charlie’s pub and how my father set the fire, and that’s the reason why I missed saving my mom.”

Happy Stories And Lost Opportunities

Anchondo said, he “would have loved to see Lucas and Marco move in together and have little cute remodeling moments and eventually get married.

Of course, it has to be a dramatic wedding, and have a kid — it would have been really nice.” However,that was not the most interesting storyline he would have liked to have seen.

Anchondo joked, “there were also the online rumors for a while that I was actually Sonny’s kid, because I guess maybe [Sonny and Natalia] had a relationship.”

Anderson replied, “He can always use another one. So many kids.”

“I know,” Anchondo laughed. “I wish I looked more like Rory [Gibson, Michael Corinthos]!”

That could have given Marco another reason to go after Sidwell. Too bad we didn’t get to see all of this..
