GH Rumors: Lulu’s Surprise Pregnancy Proves Nathan West Is An Impostor

General Hospital spoilers say Lulu Spencer is moving full steam ahead with her scandalous relationship with her BFF’s husband Det.

Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).  Nathan and Lulu will probably hit the sheets by the end of this month.  Rumor has it Lulu Spencer could be pregnant by this summer.

Nathan West’s Strange Return To General Hospital

It has been six months since Nathan West magically appeared in Port Charles, after being DEAD for over half a decade. 

The Port Charles detective doesn’t remember anything from the time he was “dead,” and no one can explain how he is alive. 

Everyone seems to have put Nathan’s supernatural return on the backburner.  Lulu Spencer doesn’t seem to mind that her man was dead for six years and can’t explain how he’s back in Port Charles. 

If Nathan is an impostor, the truth is going to come out sooner or later.  And if he gets Lulu pregnant, that could be the event that proves he is or isn’t the real Nathan.

General Hospital’s Spring Baby Boom

There are babies popping up everywhere in Port Charles right now.  Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) just found “Delilah” giving birth outside. 

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) just took a paternity test.  Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) is carrying around a pregnancy test. 

Plus, new GH spoilers hint Molly Corinthos could end up having a miracle baby this year too.  Are the ABC writers going to complicate things EVEN more and throw in an unexpected pregnancy for Lulu and Nathan?  Why not!

Lulu Spencer isn’t exactly in her baby-making prime any more.  If she does end up pregnant, it could be a high-risk pregnancy and there might be complications.  What if the doctors order a DNA test to check for underlying genetic issues.  Even worse, what if the baby needs a donor?
