GH Rumors: Is Alex Devane Moonlighting As Her Twin Anna Again

Longtime General Hospital viewers are familiar of the Tale Of Two Anna’s on the ABC soap opera. 

The writers have tagged in Anna Devane’s twin sister Alex Devane in several storylines over the decades.  What if the reason Anna is acting so strange is because it’s not Anna at all?

Anna Devane’s Bizarre Behavior

Missing Anna Devane was finally found on General Hospital, but she’s not in good shape. 

Last week Anna’s granddaughter paid her a visit at the institution where she’s being hospitalized for having a mental breakdown, and she could barely make heads or tails of what her Grandma was saying.  

General Hospital spoilers say Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is on the case, and will probably be paying Anna a visit sooner or later. 

Stone Cold is baffled that such a strong and resilient agent cracked under pressure and doesn’t even know who she is or what year it is. 

In fact, that’s something he never thought would happen to Anna Devane.  Maybe, it happened because it’s not Anna Devane?

Is Alex Devane Back?

It has been six years since Anna Devane shot and killed her twin sister, but her body fell off a boat and was technically never recovered. 

For those of you who don’t recall Anna’s evil twin, Alex’s reign of terror ended in 2020 when she was presumed dead. 

Since 1999 Alex stalked her sister and impersonated her, she even held her hostage at one point so that she could steal her life.

If Alex Devane is being mistaken for Anna and is in the psych ward, that means the real Anna Devane is still missing. 

That would explain Anna’s bizarre behavior at the hospital. Do you think the writers might be bringing Anna’s twin back again?
