GH Rumors: Delilah Baby Shocker, Nathan West The Father?

General Hospital spoilers say next week Det. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) will hit the streets and start searching for clues about Delilah (the mysterious pregnant woman) and her daughter.  The Port Charles cop might find out a little more than he bargained for.

Before Delilah passed away, she gave birth to a baby girl.  Although obviously a preemie, the newborn is alive and now an orphan.  Now the good cop just needs to find the baby’s family so that they can be reunited and informed of Delilah’s death.  But, what if Nathan is the baby’s family?

Is Delilah Linked To Nathan

When Delilah popped up on the streets of Port Charles with no last name or address, it felt a bit like deja-vu.  After all, it was less than six months ago that Nathan West did the same thing. 

The rumor mill is hinting that Delilah could also be someone resurrected from the dead and dropped in Port Charles.  Does that mean she and Nathan came from the same place?

Nathan West has no idea where he was or what he was doing for the seven years that he was “dead.”  We don’t know much about Delilah or her daughter, but it’s safe to say she was conceived about seven or eight months ago. 

That’s especially interesting since Nathan West returned five months ago.  Did he make a baby with Delilah on his way home to Port Charles?

Was Delilah Trying To Find Nathan

A popular General Hospital fan theory is that Delilah came to Port Charles to find her baby-daddy and tell him she was having his daughter. 

If Chase and Brook Lynn stumbled across her before she got a chance to, then someone in town is a father and doesn’t know it yet.  Could it be Nathan?  If his memory was wiped, he might not even realize the dead woman he is investigating is his own baby-mama!
