General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is confirmed to be approaching a three-month-long hiatus from Port Charles. Rumor has it he’ll be kidnapped by the end of the month, and we aren’t slated to see him back in action until July. With Jason out of the picture, how will Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) move on — and who might she move on with? The internet is wild with speculation about how this might go down, and why his departure won’t leave her lonely and grieving for too long.

Does that mean he’s going to burn her in the end — whether intentionally or not — leaving her ticked off and running for the nearest bar fly? It’s quite possible that this break from Britt gives her the room to move on while he’s away. Thus, we may not see this couple ever come to full fruition.

Fans were excited to see him take an interest in Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), but we shouldn’t be so quick to assume that it’s love at first sight, or that she’ll be his last stop on the road to love.

It might sound crazy, but we’ve seen mortal enemies end up rolling in the hay together in Port Charles many times over the years. Could Britt’s growing support of Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) actually endear an adrift Dante to her?

On the slipside, Dante’s uncle, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), has many fans talking. Some think he’s the perfect match for a girl like Britt — especially if both of them truly have turned over a new leaf. Can you see Britt with a straight and narrow but slightly unstable guy like Ric?

GH Spoilers Calls for Another Workplace Romance

While Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) might be tied up with Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) right now, something tells me their union isn’t going to last long. Maybe it’s the thaw between Portia and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Perhaps it’s that the baby on board is bound to bind Portia to her ex and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) in ways that Isaiah just won’t be able to compete with.

Either way, some fans think Britt and Isaiah could end up being a comfort to one another if they both lose their prospective partners.

I leave room for Britt to be absolutely wrecked over Jason’s disappearance. She might stick it out and grieve if he is in fact presumed dead. She might also wait in the wings for him to come back — dead or not.

Finding love again could be the last thing on her mind after his departure, but I also leave room for Jason planning this in advance enough to intentionally anger Britt if he thinks it’ll help her move on from him easier and faster to just be angry with him for abandoning her.
