Ravi Falls Apart!
Next week is crucial for Ravi as he faces the reality of his mental health struggles. Mark Fowler (Stephen Aaron-Sipple) is under pressure to reveal Ravi’s role as a police informant, leading to a confrontation between them in Walford Common. Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy) sees her partner’s injuries and notices self-harm scars.
The drug gang pressures Mark to identify the informant, prompting him to find Ravi at the Boxing Den. They exchange harsh words until Zack Hudson (James Farrar) arrives, interrupting them.
Ravi Tries To Call Mark’s Bluff, But Priya Intervenes
Ravi attempts to call Mark’s bluff, but things worsen when Priya defends her partner’s innocence.
With a raised eyebrow, Mark goes to their flat to look for proof but gets caught. In a frantic move to silence him, Ravi forces Mark into his car and drives him to a secluded area. Priya, scared of the fallout, confides in Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) about the situation.
She firmly believes her brother is not involved with a gang and is taken aback when Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) confirms her fears.
An Unstable Ravi Confesses To Mark, And A Fight Ensues
On Walford Common, an unstable Ravi confesses to Mark and then provokes him into a fight.
Their conflict appears to be interrupted by Priya, who sees Ravi’s self-harm scars while tending to his injuries. She is very worried about his mental health, but he quickly leaves for the gym to escape her inquiries.
Priya decides to organize an intervention, telling Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) that Ravi has jeopardized his role as an informant, and urges him to visit the doctor. He breaks down in tears, sobbing in her embrace; will he find the help he requires?
Vicki Feels Unsafe And Ross Tries To Comfort Her
Meanwhile, Vicki feels unsafe and Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) attempts to comfort her, assuring her that they will be fine. Mark scolds both of them for getting involved, later informing Ross that he must turn over the informant to protect their family.
Vicki asks Phil to intervene, while Priya and Ravi concentrate on his mental health. It’s evident that he isn’t being completely honest with the doctor, and he is put on a waiting list.
Priya is frustrated by the slow response and they agree on a medication plan, with Ravi assuring her that he is committed to recovery.
Lauren Tries To Sell A Vintage Car, But It’s Stolen By A Thug
At the car lot, Lauren feels the pressure to impress and attempts to sell a vintage car; however, things go wrong when a thug steals it.
News arrives in Walford that Jay has listed the classic car for sale, leaving Lauren anxious about her future. Penny Branning (Kitty Castledine) suggests that Lauren should apply for a loan at the bank to buy the car herself.
When her request is denied, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) recommends that she ask Max Branning (Jake Wood) for the money. Max is firmly against this idea, and Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) decides to intervene.
Cindy Confronts Max About His Lack Of Financial Support
She confronts him about his lack of financial support, which forces him to change his mind and provide the funds.
He goes to The Vic to celebrate with Lauren, but after talking to Peter Beale (Dayle Hudson) and Jack, it becomes evident that they have different visions for the new business partnership.
Lauren believes she will be the manager, while Max plans to take control. She is determined to demonstrate her capabilities and tells her father that she will sell the classic car from the pitch outside within 24 hours.
Mark Is Curious And Wants To Take It For A Test Drive, But Then Lauren Is Attacked And The Car Is Stolen!
Mark expresses a bit of curiosity, prompting her to offer him a chance to take it for a test drive, hoping that this experience might persuade him to make a purchase.
He confesses that he lacks the necessary funds, but suggests treating her to lunch as a way to compensate for the letdown. However, during a brief moment when he steps away, a thug approaches and assaults Lauren.
He snatches the keys and speeds away into the horizon. Will Lauren be alright, after the attack?
Oscar Meddles
Oscar is up to no good as he meddles with the councilor campaigns of Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe).
Heartbroken over his breakup with Jasmine Fisher (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness), Oscar is attempting to hide his sadness about the end of their relationship, going out to drown his sorrows, only to be taken aback by an unexpected proposal from Ian the following day.
After receiving some guidance from Vicki, Ian asks Oscar to assist him in his bid to become the Walford councilor.
However, Elaine has already beaten him to the punch and has secured Oscar’s help in orchestrating a smear campaign against her opponent. Ian uncovers their scheme, leading both him and Elaine to realize they have been outmaneuvered.
Lexi Worries!
Additionally, there is worry for Lexi as Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley) transitions into a care home; now residing in a care facility, Phil struggles to visit him.
He feels as though he has let Nigel down, having vowed to be there until the very end, and instead offers to go with Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf) to her radiotherapy session.
Phil isn’t the only one feeling sorrow for Nige; Lexi misses him, and Callum Highway (Tony Clay) agrees to take her to the care home along with Julie Bates (Karen Henthorn).
The next day, she fakes illness to stay with Phil and Sam, but Callum sees through her lie. He tells her that if her health worsens, they must see a doctor; however, it’s clear she is hiding her feelings about Nigel-can Callum support her?
