‘DOOL’ Spoilers Weekly Update: Paralysis Nightmare, Stefano Mystery & Monte Carlo Shocker

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of September 7, 2026. We can expect Ari Horton (Marissa Reyes) to learn some bad news.

There is some medical drama with two different characters. Plus, there is a surprise in Monte Carlo. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Joy Wesley’s Setback

Let’s kick off this post with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins). The lady is still hospitalized with her spinal condition. Although she is being treated, Joy knows there is a chance she could be paralyzed. 

As the week progresses, we will see Joy have a terrifying medical setback. That sounds like she could end up paralyzed after all!

Chanel Dupree DiMera’s Chemo

Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) has to go through another round of chemotherapy. It will be the first one since she gave birth to her little girl.

However, Chanel’s nerves are already through the roof because of Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) secrets. Meanwhile, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) starts to watch Johnny a bit more closely.

Mysterious Memories 

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of September 7 reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has another mysterious memory. Will she start to piece things together? 

Meanwhile, in Italy, someone is watching EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Belle Black (Martha Madison), and Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd).

It is also stated that Stefano DiMera’s (last played by Joseph Mascolo) iconic ring ends up on someone’s finger.

Curveballs & Twists

Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) trade favors. I wonder if Kate could end up helping Gabi figure out the knockoff scheme. Gabi is convinced that it’s EJ, but he’s already in enough trouble! 

Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) grills Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). A bit later in the week, Leo confronts Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez).

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) gives an update to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) about the tainted drug investigation. 

Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Gabi encounter someone familiar in Monte Carlo. Could this person end up helping them save Titan and the family home?

Tate Black (Leo Howard) takes Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) on a getaway. However, their plans face an obstacle.

Also, Ari has to cope with some bad news. I wonder if this has anything to do with her internship?
