Let’s start off with romance and love! Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) has been out of town and missed his anniversary.

Now that he is returning to Salem, he will want to make it up to his wife. Eli probably has a nice and romantic gift for Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers).

However, the last few times that Lani has tried to get frisky, Eli has passed out. She has been very understanding. Will she be just as understanding if Eli passed out on their special night together?

Italian Clues & Adventure

Over with Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) and Belle Black (Martha Madison), they make a connection. They finally figure out that all of the chess clues lead to Italy.

That likely means Chad and Belle will head to Italy soon to find answers. However, I wonder if they could enjoy some romance while overseas as well?

Holly Jonas’ Fierce Denial

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of July 20 reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will be so excited to go home.

However, Tate Black (Leo Howard) found pills in her bag. They were planted by EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerrigel), but Tate and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) don’t know that.

In fact, it leads to Sarah telling Holly she can’t be discharged. I could see Holly getting so upset that she breaks up with Tate. However, can Sarah really hold Holly if she’s over 18?

As for the rest of the week, Kristen shares her escape plan with Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford). Kristen also has an emotional moment with Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote). 

Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) blindsides Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

Foster (Miles Anderson) tries to make things right with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) after missing their date. 

Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) has an interesting offer for Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) an offer. 

Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Lexie exchange wedding vows. However, Abe and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) don’t know that Lexie is about to die for a second time. Finally, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) has a proposition for Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
