Steve Johnson’s Fake Elopement Idea

Let’s start off with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). The man suggested that Stephanie and Alex plan a fake elopement.

They agreed to do so, but Stephanie had a bit of a twist for Valentine’s Day. The woman asked Alex to marry her for real right now. Of course, Alex said yes!

Stephanie Johnson’s Valentine’s Surprise

Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) helped Stephanie with the arrangements. While Stephanie would have loved to have a traditional wedding with all her family, she also wants to just enjoy her life with Alex.

While the police suspect Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark), fans know that he’s being set up. So, Alex and Stephanie might think their nightmare will be over now that they are married.

Calm Before the Storm

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Alex and Stephanie don’t realize the stalker is someone much more tech-savvy than Jeremy. The man has been listening to their conversations and can keep one step ahead.

While we don’t know the stalker’s identity, Wes Ramsey is returning to the Peacock soap opera. The man played Owen Kent, who was obsessed with Stephanie.

While nothing happened at Alex and Stephanie’s wedding, this could just be the calm before the storm.

Perhaps the stalker is waiting until Alex and Stephanie let their guard down. If Jeremy does end up leaving Salem, that could just make him look even guiltier!

Stalker Strikes Again?

Now that Alex and Stephanie are married, they might think the stalker will just have to accept facts. However, we know that a mysterious man has been listening and watching them.

So, once Stephanie and Alex go on their honeymoon, could the stalker follow them there? Will Stepahnie end up waking up to find her beloved new husband has vanished?

It would certainly set up an interesting mystery. You know, Steve and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) were separated a lot during their younger years.

So, while Kayla and Steve will encourage Stephanie to hold out hope, how long until she’s forced to move on again? In an interesting twist, what if she just happened to move on with Jeremy?
