Leo Stark Still Loves Javi Hernandez
Javi left town when Leo’s former partner, Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte), returned to Salem right after their New Years Eve wedding.
Javi’s father had a heart attack leading to him returning to Texas to take care of his father until he was able to take care of himself. Leo was left behind to decide who he wanted to be with.
Javi believed that Leo needed closure with Dimitri and chose not to allow Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to file their marriage license.
Leo disputed it at first, but Leo wasn’t sure what to do after he learned the truth about Dimitri’s Dear John letter. However, Leo quickly learned that he wanted to be with Javi, but it was too late.
Javi Hernandez Has Moved On
While he was in Texas, Javi began a relationship with Gus (Michael Ocampo), who eventually came to Salem to be with him.
Javi had called Leo while he was in Texas only to hear Dimitri’s voice and believed that Leo had reunited with Dimitri. After refusing to believe why Leo was with Dimtri, Javi stopped talking to him.
Javi believed Leo was lying to him when he tried to explain that he only accompanied Dimitri because he knew he was innocent.
However, Dimitri made sure that Javi had enough fake evidence to believe that they were together. Dimitri did everything he could to come between Leo and Javi only to lose Leo in the end.
Javi Hernandez Can’t Get Over Leo Stark
Javi may have convinced himself that he wants to move on with Gus. However, Javi’s actions so a very different story.
Javi has been concerned ever since Leo’s concussion, even though he tries to pretend otherwise. Javi’s desire to go to Alamainia to find Leo and bring him home shows that Javi is far from over him.
Now that Javi is facing the fact that Leo may be gone, he will come to the conclusion that he still loves Leo and wants him back.
