DOOL Spoilers: Is Owen Making Jeremy His Fall Guy For Stalking Stephanie?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates pose the question if Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) is making Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) his fall guy for stalking Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein)!

Owen previously stalked her in 2009, while her Jeremy nightmare was in 2007, and as obsessed as Owen is with Stephanie, he probably knows all about it!

Jeremy Is An Easy Mark To Frame For Owen’s Evil Purposes

Jeremy is an easy mark to frame for Owen’s evil purposes-originally, Owen worked for the Kiriakis family while spying on them for Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo).

Then he was ordered to kidnap Stephanie by EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel), and he did, but then he became obsessed with her and kept her captive on his own!

Every time she would try to escape, he’d overpower her and she couldn’t get away-eventually, she was freed, but not before he escaped and went on the run!

Brady Black, (Eric Martsolf) Philip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) and Melanie Jonas (Molly Burnett) eventually rescued Stephanie after finding her earring on the patio, shortly after Owen was there.

He was a nasty kidnapper to deal with, having imprisoned her in his father’s mortuary and kept in a body drawer!

Dark Websites Attributed To Jeremy Could Have Been Set Up By Owen

Dark websites where Stephanie’s stalker obsessed over her, as well as her character in her book, “One Stormy Night” were traced by Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) to Jeremy.

But Jeremy denied it-and about the only person who believes in his innocence is Julie Williams, (Susan Seaforth Hayes) who believed in Nick Fallon (Blake Berris) too! 

Nick became obsessed with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jiminez) his ex-wife, who killed him in self-defense-of course, Julie blamed Gabi!

Julie will never believe that Gabi killed her beloved grandnephew Nick in self-defense; she thought he was such an innocent angel bewitched by devil woman Gabi!

Owen Could Have Returned To Salem To Lurk Months Ago

It’s likely Owen who wrote all the creepy letters to Stephanie, with the handwriting never identified and traced-but the show kind of seemed to drop the ball on that, in favor of cyberstalking.

Owen probably keeps up with the Salem Spectator online, and knew that Jeremy came back to town and was hired as a professor at Salem University.

Since Owen was working for the Kiriakis family and spying for Stefano and EJ, he probably knew Stephanie was kidnapped by Jeremy before he came to town.

Even if he didn’t know about it then, he probably learned about it when he was on the run, and took his chance to frame Jeremy for his own obsessive stalking.

He’s set it up so well, now a sighting of him approaching Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) at the Horton Town Square is automatically assumed to be Jeremy!
