Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (Richard Wharton), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is trying to resurrect a mysterious woman back from the dead. Could it be Abigail DiMera (last played by Marci Miller)?
The Woman Is Close To EJ’s Heart
Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest whoever the woman in the cryogenic test tube is, she’s close to EJ. He may want to bring her back for a scheme or plot, but he also cares for the lady.
With Abby’s name being brought up once again, especially when Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) thought the bones found in the crypt could be his late wife’s, it’s hard not to think that the woman in the lab is Abby. EJ and Abigail did have a fling at one point.
However, EJ’s main reason for working so hard to bring her back is for his brother, Chad. EJ may not get along with all of his siblings, but in recent years, he and Chad have gotten close.
Still, if Abigail is in the lab, would Chad be upset with EJ for hiding this from him, or would he understand?
Plus, as much as EJ loves his brother, is there another, nefarious reason for bringing Abby back from the dead?
The Lexie Carver Factor
Then again, many Days of Our Lives fans seem to believe that the woman in the lab is Lexie Carver (Renee Jones). After all, Lexie is EJ’s sister who passed away in 2012.
Plus, bringing her back would cause a tremendous amount of chaos for his nemesis, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry).
Paulina is married to Abe Carver (James Reynold), and Lexie was once the love of his life. EJ’s disdain for Salem’s mayor runs deep, and he understands the chaos that would ensue if Lexie returned.
It would also complicate things between Abe and Paulina, especially since he shares a son with Lexie, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews).
