This is also the trip where she revealed that Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) was kidnapped by Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) and that he passed away still longing to be with Gabi.

The Tragic News About Stefan Could Lead To A Life-Altering Outcome For Gabi

While the news about Stefan is undoubtedly tragic, it could lead to a transformative outcome for Gabi that may also prove to be life-altering.

One can’t help but wonder if Gabi will assist Philip in getting out of his predicament. For several months, Gabi has been concealing a significant secret from Philip.

Last year, she conspired with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) to take control of Titan Industries, which had absorbed DiMera Enterprises.

As part of their scheme, Gabi stealthily placed a pen equipped with a listening device in the office of Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip, who is the CEO.

Tony And Gabi Were Empowered

This situation empowered Tony and Gabi as they discovered that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) had forged a letter from Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) which resulted in Philip acquiring half of the company.

They learned that Xander had uncovered this information and had brutally attacked Philip. The illicitly obtained details about the forgery and the assault enabled Tony to insist that Xander and Philip relinquish control of DiMera Enterprises.

They had acquired it through a corporate takeover. Although they profited from the deal, it ultimately left Titan in a dire situation, one that even the most scandalous novel couldn’t resolve.

Tony Betrayed Gabi Later On

Furthermore, if you recall, Tony betrayed Gabi after promising her the CEO role at DiMera Enterprises in exchange for her assistance in gathering incriminating evidence against Xander and Philip.

However, Tony had no intention of keeping that promise; instead, he appointed his nephew Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) as the new CEO of DiMera Enterprises.

Shortly after, Tony vanished from town and was subsequently kidnapped-now, Theo is fully aware of Gabi’s deceit.

He knows that Gabi was the one who planted the bug, and he realizes that if Philip were to discover this, he would likely end his relationship with Gabi immediately. 

This week, Theo finds himself lost in daydreams about being with Gabi, kissing her, and sweeping her off her lovely little feet.

Poor Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) had no clue that Theo was so preoccupied when she noticed him zoning out during their Valentine’s Day outing at the pub.

Jada Assumed Theo Was Distracted

Jada assumed Theo was merely distracted because their previous dinner date at the pub was canceled due to Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) kidnapping him.

Meanwhile, Gabi is in Miami, enjoying a little Heart’s Day getaway with Philip-he’s been incredibly supportive of Gabi’s sadness over losing Stefan and the harsh reality that came with it.

It’s during this time that Philip reveals something personal that might encourage Gabi to seek forgiveness-naturally, Philip is unaware that Gabi is still deceiving him about the bug she planted.

She nearly admitted the truth, but then noticed Philip was breaking out in hives from a jellyfish sting. Instead of offering an apology, Gabi decided to take a hot shower with him and applied hydrocortisone to soothe his skin.

Then They Decided To Fly Commercially To Miami Instead

Then, the conversation shifted to the idea of them flying commercially to Miami rather than using a private jet.

Philip admitted to Gabi that the reason they opted not to take the company plane was due to financial constraints. He simply cannot manage any business expenses, such as flying himself and Gabi on the Titan private jet to Miami.

Additionally, Philip informed Gabi that a significant loan is approaching its due date, with his late father Victor’s mansion serving as collateral. Titan has been facing difficulties ever since Xander and Philip had to separate Titan from DiMera.

Gabi Seems Genuinely Concerned For Philip

Gabi appeared genuinely concerned as Philip shared this information with her. Gabi not only has deep feelings for Philip, but she also feels immense guilt for betraying him through these unscrupulous corporate maneuvers.

Although Gabi was deceived by Tony, that doesn’t absolve Philip or Xander of their circumstances-currently, she’s thriving; she successfully took Gabi Chic away from Titan and DiMera and is running her business.

In contrast, Philip is anxious about potentially losing his father’s legacy, the company, and their family home.

Gabi’s actions have contributed to this predicament, which is a far more significant betrayal than what Tony did to her. To make matters worse, Philip is completely in love with the woman who has betrayed him.

Rafe Will Receive Confirmation Concerning Stefan’s Signature Was Forged

This week, it appears that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will receive confirmation from the FBI’s handwriting expert that Stefan’s signature on the divorce papers was indeed forged.

This revelation means that Gabi is not actually his ex-wife; she is, in fact, Stefan’s widow.

Additionally, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) informed Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) that the reading of Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) last will and testament is imminent.

Therefore, in the coming weeks, we might witness Gabi transition from a successful businesswoman to an extremely wealthy widow, significantly increasing her financial worth.
