DOOL Preview Week of Apr 27: Suicide Note, Johnny Attacked, Baby Bombshell

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of April 27, 2026. It shows someone leaving a suicide note.

Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) gets attacked. Plus, Alex Kirikais (Robert Scott Wilson) deals with a baby bombshell. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Baby Bombshell

Let’s start off with the beginning of the preview clip. It seems that Monday’s episode is going to pick up where Friday’s left off.

As fans recall, Alex opened the door expecting to see Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). However, he was faced with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) instead. 

In the preview clip, Joy says she wants Alex to meet someone, then swings around a stroller. Inside, is an adorable little girl.

Gabi Hernandez’s Fury

Over with Ari Horton (Vico Escorcia), she watches in shock as Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) tries to scare off Liam Selejko (Hank Northop). However, I have a feeling that Ari might continue to see the young man anyway.

Stephanie Johnson’s Comforter

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 27 reveal that the preview clip also features Stephanie at the shooting range.

Later, Alex has to tell her about Joy’s baby. While Alex will turn to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) for a paternity test, Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark) kisses Stephanie. 

Suicide Note

Over with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), she leaves a suicide note. Amy Choi (Shi Ne Neilson) finds it and shows the note to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

However, Sophia has been using the disappear word a lot lately. So, could she fake her own death or maybe Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) sends her away?

Javi Hernandez Collapses

As for Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon), he collapses in the emergency room. Thankfully, Sarah is there to tend to him right away. It is also teased that Javi realizes Johnny is in trouble. 

The final scene in the preview clip shows Sophia knocking on Johnny and Chanel Dupree DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) door. Sophia sprays something in Johnny’s eyes, which blinds him. However, what happens after that?

Maybe at the last minute, Sophia grabs baby Trey DiMera (Joseph Ihlenf and Jordan Perdue)? While she doesn’t want to be a mother, I could see Sophia running with the baby just to cause JANEL suffering, so stay tuned.
