Days of Our Lives Alum Brandon Barash Fighting For His Rights As A Father?
While it’s unclear where Brandon and Kirsten stand right now in their custody case over their daughter Harper, the actress did hint that they were still going through the process and that most of the issues had to do with her apartment being broken into back in Tennessee.
Just to recall, things haven’t been very cordial between the two exes. Brandon claims that Kirsten has had a very hard time finding stable housing these last few years.
She was evicted from her most recent apartment in Tennessee and has spent a lot of time living in hotels or with friends.
Things have been so bad for her that at one point she even gave up custody of their 12-year-old daughter Harper for Brandon just because she had a hard time locking in a place to live.
Earlier in the month, Kirsten even shared a lengthy post about where she is right now with her personal drama and also shared a police report on Instagram.
Addressing the fact that she has been going to therapy and that these last several years have not been easy for her, Kirsten said, “However, the break-in…followed by a “custody case/now mediation request” where the break-in was the main reason for the initial custody filing, was unwarranted.”
But here’s the thing: Harper has been staying with her father and his wife and family this entire time. However, Kirsten also believes that she’s been hacked and that Harper’s iPad might have been hacked, too.

The actress wrote on her Instagram account, “Wanted to clear up the confusion on my phone and Harper’s iPad being hacked along with the wifi in my apartment (at the Legacy Cool Springs building in Franklin) This is the list from my Verizon router, when people were logging onto my WiFi last year. I gave this video to the Franklin Police Department when I filed the police report.”
