EJ Dimera Knows What Is Wrong With Holly Jonas

Nicole is supposedly in Chicago and on her way to Salem to check on her daughter’s condition.

EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) is directly involved and Nicole is going to be on the warpath.
It certainly doesn’t help that EJ has involved Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) into covering up his company failings.

Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) has revealed that her test results won’t be back for three to five days. EJ already has the results and could give them to Sarah to help save Holly.

However, EJ is not going to reveal that tainted drugs were planted on the island. Is EJ evil enough to allow his former stepdaughter to die?
