B&B Spoilers: Why Is Will Spencer Still Working At Forrester Creations

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for next week say that the war between Forrester Creations and Katie’s new company Logan will continue to heat up.  With all of the drama going on between the Spencer’s and the Forrester’s, it’s baffling viewers that Will Spencer Jr (Crew Morrow) is still working at Forrester Creations. 

Will Spencer Jr. had a lot of animosity towards his dad when he came home from school, and he didn’t want to work at the family business.  Rather than taking his position at Spencer Publications, Will went and got an internship at Forrester Creations. 

Bill And Ridge Fight Over Will

Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) was furious and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) got to gloat that his enemy’s son was working for him and not his father. 

With all of the Luna drama and nearly losing Liam, Bill’s beef over his son’s job got put on the backburner. 

Since then Batie remarried and Bill and Will’s relationship has improved, and he just gave his son the beach house. 

We get that Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) likes carpooling with her man to work, but it’s definitely a conflict of interest and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Has anyone told Will Spencer that his parents are at war with his employer?  Will Spencer Jr has always been a mama’s boy, and is quick to jump to Katie Spencer’s (Katie Logan) defense. 

B&B spoilers hint once Will Spencer learns how Ridge and Brooke have been treating his mother, he might walk out on his own.  Why would he want to work for someone who is bullying his mom?

Will Spencer Is Going To Have To Choose A Side

Ridge Forrester will most likely try to convince Will Spencer to stay.  The last thing he wants is another person he trained to go work for the competition.  Plus, he loves rubbing the fact that Will works for him in Bill’s face. 

On the other hand, Katie is becoming quite the ruthless business woman.  She might tell her son to stay at FC so that he can spy on her competition.

Do you think it is strange that Will Spencer is still working at Forrester Creations?  Will he quit and go work at his parents’ new company?  Or will he be used as a tool in the fashion wars?
